I bought a house with vivint equipment including their doorbell. I managed to login at the doorbell itself and see the video from the doorbell’s camera with help of instructions in this forum.
However, my first priority is to intercept the “chime” signal. Did anybody succeed taking over the “chime”? Does anybody have hints?
You can use any window/door sensor and hook it up to the chime, how that is done will be different depending what type of bell/buzzer it is. If you want to disable the buzzer the Shelly has relay output not connected to mains so it can probably connect and disconnect the buzzer.
