Hi I moved into a house with pre-installed Vivint hardware including the doorbell. We haven’t been paying for service however were using the doorbell for use as a doorbell. Last week I installed a storm door and to do so had to disconnect the Vivint doorbell and then re-connected it. Now, however, the doorbell does not illuminate at all despite holding down the button for 1-2 minutes. I attempted to re install the doorbell on the unit but that doesn’t work. There is no light coming to the doorbell so I assume it isn’t getting power or it’s fried? Any input or anything i can try?
