Weather station (Wind, Rain Sensors) without internet?

Hello,
is there a weather station without the “must” to connect to the internet? I like to have the stuff on my ocal network, but not out in the wild.
Especially I like to have a Wind and Rainsensor.
Or is there a project to build your own? Maybe on basis of the ESP32?

There are tons of DIY approaches. using just about every microcontroller or SBC you can imagine. There are even kits.
