Web Audio sink missing in #1607?

Hi,

after I have upgraded to #1607, I do no longer have the Web Audio sink available. I can add it manually by compiling and adding the bundle to the add-ons dir. But I do not remember having to do that before and documentation also states that it is included by default.

Is this some problem on my install only, or do others have the same problem? I did not see any posts regarding this, so I am a bit confused.
