Strange, today LastVoiceCommand is working again here with openHAB 2.5.10

Same here, problems went away (again) about 40 mins ago. Using 2.5 binding, USA location.
No Web socket errors, LastVoiceCommand working on two of my three echo dots, plus working on Echo Show.

US Central Time Zone started working again at 2:50 pm. So happy for Amazon catching this issue again!

I guess it might depend on which server you connect. Maybe some still accept the old protocol.

Unfortunately it would be very difficult to backport the changes.
no 3.1.0. but maybe it’s not the echo but my smart tv. i think that is the case.
What is your error? The websocket Message? Which version of the binding are you using?
