These errors normally happen when you have an UI already opened and restarting openHAB
Was that the case?

No, only one

That was not my question.
Were you restarting openHAB when it happened and did you have an UI already opened at the time?

Sorry,
No, system was running normally

And did you have an UI opened at the time.

As far as I know, Basic UI was open

Did the error happen only once?

Maybe this helps: there has been a more recent thread on this, it seems that the iOS app is causing these errors for some with quite some regularity (I am seeing this error very regularly too)…annoying but does not seem to have any impact on functionality…if I remember correctly there were some fixes done for this, but the issue keeps reoccuring (I am on milestone build 2.4,0)

EDIT: found one of the other threads: [ERROR] [jersey.server.ServerRuntime$Responder] - An I/O error has occurred while writing a response message entity to the container output stream

The error comes every 2-3 weeks.

I also have the IOS App and Snapshot 2.4.0 Build 1405

As you can read in the thread i linked above, this error has been traced back to opening and closing the iOS app; although in my case, I am not sure if happens every time i open or close the iOS app, so maybe it happens only of something else is going on at the same time I am opening or closing the iOS app. But I can have seen times where I get several of these errors per day…again…annoying but OH2 keeps working beautifully
