What exactly do I have to add to the config.properties

Runging OH on Windows 10
After migrating from OH 3.4.4 to OH 4.1.1 I receive the following message while OH is starting up.

WARN: can’t update etc/config.properties with the generated command shutdown. We advise to manually add the karaf.shutdown.command property.

Can somebody advise where in the config.properties I have to add what exactly.

I found on line 263: karaf.shutdown.port.file=${karaf.data}/port

Solution: I have changed the properties (right mouse click) of …/userdata/etc/config.properties for the user running OH in the security tab to full access. Now the warning message is gone.
