I assumed they meant within the karaf console that is, within openhab-cli console.

I run openhab on windows 10 and i control the console With putty ssh from Another computer

The it was a Linux question unrelated to OpenHAB or the topic of this forum.

Actually it was a Karaf console question which is related to openHAB insofar that this is one way to restart openHAB.
