I have try to bind our Wi-Fi energy meter to OpenHAB via our api ,
like this https://www.iammeter.com/doc/iammeter/openhab.html
it works well.
I want to put it as an official add-ons of OpenHAB now, but I do not find a suitible tutorial about how to do it.
Could someone give us some suggestion or link?

The link you provided is a good guide. For an add-on nothing is need as this device uses existing addons.
If you want to make an OH specific guide then create a topic in the Tutorials and Examples section. Give step by step details on how you completed your setup and what hardware your using. Doing this would be a great way to contribute to the community and help others.
