I did some test (thanks for the tips) and definitely this is a network issue as OH and Purifier device are in different subnets. It used to work some time ago, either changes to my network configuration I did caused the issues or something else has changed and makes troubles.
Anyway I need to solve this on my own. Thanks @marcel_verpaalen for all your help.
