I have installed several ZWave sensors from Fibaro (Wallplugs and Door/Window Sensors) which worked fine including all channel-information and the related rules fired pretty fine. So far so good.
Unfortunately my Fibaro Door/Window Sensors (FGDW-002) did not work since Openhab 2.3 stable update, so after a lot of studies in the tremendous community, first I changed my Aeon ZWave controller gen5 to a new one (same type) and installed the OH Snapshot on my Raspi3 with the following status:

The new controller and the former linked Fibaro sensors (with links to old controller) appeared in the inbox. I removed all sensors from paper UI and made resets with each sensor to factory settings according to the Fibaro manuals.
The mystery is now, that the ZWave Fibaro Wallplugs are working fine after reset and inclusion via Inbox of Paper UI. But not the Door/window Sensors, after reset and inclusion! They are looking really dead. In my despair I tried the „old“ Door/Window Sensors and also a very new Door/Window Sensor, which was not linked to any ZWAVE network before. The result was: Door/Window Sensor were not linked to ZWave network, but the Wallplug are working pretty fine.
Looking at the frontail event logs, I found out, that e.g. for Node4 (Wall plug) the Node initialising went well to: “REQUEST_NIF to ONLINE” in the last log-line, but e.g. for Node11 (Door/Window Sensor) this line does not appear, so the sensor does not go online.
So, where is my mistake and what went wrong?
