Hi @chris, any chance to take a look at this?
The new Fibaro Rollershutter 3 (FGR223) does not report the percentage status when the blinds have been moved.
This may be a general problem with that device because other forums are reporting similar issues (FHEM, open-zwave)
We already discussed this in the German forum but to no avail … 
Edit: he is using a recent 2.5 Zwave snapshot binding.
