Z-wave device not showing heal or neighbors

    • Hardware: mini-PC
    • OS: Windows 10
    • openHAB version: 3.2.0.M4
    • zwave stick: Aeotec Gen5+

I have two Schlage BE469ZP door locks. For one of them the Thing properties is not showing any neighbors, and neither does this lock appear on the z-wave network map. I’ve done full network heals and I’ve tried to “Heal the device”, but this does not seem to accomplish anything. My other lock shows a “Last heal” date in its Thing properties and responded to the heal, but the this lock does not. Even so, it appears to be working normally and communicating with the controller.

Any ideas are welcome. Since it appears to be working this is probably not a big deal, but I’d just like to know what’s going on if possible.

How long have you had this device? At the bottom of the UI page do you have 5 lines?
Five Lines of configured node

If not heal will not happen.

Also is there an XML in the userdata\zwave for this node?

Just trying to get some background

Thanks for replying. Yes all 5 options are there, and the XML is present. I added it a couple days ago.

Update: After the 3rd nightly heal, the lock finally showed up on the network map and has neighbors now.
