ZMNHAD Flush 1 relay switch is inverted

I have two ZMNHAD Flush 1 relay’s. One is an older one with firmware 1.1 and the other one is newer with firmware 6.10. The older one is working as expected, but on the newer one the relay switch is inverted. (ON means OFF and OFF means ON) Both devices have the same configuration (I2 and I3 set to binary switch)

This is the zwave xml file of the newer device:

Any ideas why the switch is inverted on the newer device?

Parameter 63, according to the docs

Thanks, that’s it! I was a bit confused about this setting. I thought I have to set it to 230V if I have connected 230 volt to it.

It’s a rubbish explanatory text, but if you focus on the NO / NC part and ignore the rest it makes sense.

It can be updated. The database is community maintained. Do you have any suggestions?

It appears that text was taken from the manual.

Not me - it’s lifted from the manufacturer doc, no blame intended.

No blame taken. I can change it to improve for others. I just would like your ideas. Here is the current entry.

from https://www.cd-jackson.com/index.php/zwave/zwave-device-database/zwave-device-list/devicesummary/206

I do not like committing to documenting products I have never seen.

“Description” is clear (for electricians, which is good enough)

“Overview” is tosh. Suggestion -

Controls the active state of the output switch. Normally Open (NO), load is not connected to power when inactive (“off”). Normally Closed (NC), load is connected to power when inactive (“off”), the inverse of usual operation.

You get the idea, edit freely. Refrences in the doc to “0v” here are unhelpful.

This look good?

Looks for for me.
