The latest beta version of the openHAB app for Android supports creating custom Quick Settings tiles to quickly update Items. The state of the tile doesn’t reflect the state of the Item, but can be used to send a pre-defined state to the Item, like home screen widgets. For most Items the state “Toggle” should be the best choice.
The app supports up to 12 tiles which can be configured in the settings.
