Can not bring my ShellyBLU Door Window device online

I use OH 4.1.2 and use a shellyplus 2pm and a shellyBLUdoor window device.
I have tested the hardware with the shelly app and it is working fine I get battery status, illuminance, window status and rotation properly. This means WLAN- and Bluetooth connection work ok.
Then I added the Shelly Blue Door/Window binding. Then I created a new Thing Shelly Blue Door/Window Type. and I got not further than:
Status: Unkonown
Configuation_Pending
Initalising or Device in Sleepmode

I configured the shelly2pm as a BT gateway.
Can somebody give me support?

You have to disable (I think) Bluetooth gateway in the Shelly APP / WEB UI, and “Enable BLU Gateway support” on the Shellyplus 2 PM in Openhab

I don’t think you should disable anything, since the Shelly ‘infrastructure’ is probably what makes the connection.

But I encounter the same problem from time to time: see Shelly BLU Door/Window not reporting correct state …

From Shelly Binding documentation:

  • Make sure a Shelly is near by the BLU device, enable Bluetooh on this device (the Bluetooth Gateway mode is not required)
