I don’t see an obvious reason for this to happen. It doesn’t for me. Could you create a trace with the binding specific openhab.log and events.log when starting OH? It looks like there is some timing issue in your case. I have code it to avoid that but it looks like there may be a bug in it.
well, actually, I’ve enabled the trace log, reloaded … and it didn’t happen 
perhaps it’s the first time it didn’t happen.
Would you like to see anyway the log? How can I send you? via pm?

No need to send it, as this is what happens in my install. I am sure it is somewhere a question about timing, but I need to see some log where it happens to be able to analyse further. Looking at the code, I don’t see it.
