and SCAN in the UI does not show yet my device , Sonoff DW2 wifi door trap., while it seems it discovers it.

Hi, thanks for the new file. Testing on a new docker instance, I can’t find scanning results, some debug logs. Could it be due to Smartthings bindings in ewelink? I’ll try removing it as well.

Yeah that’s where it should be. I’ve tested heavily on 2.5.x AND 3.x this time.

What’s your docker config?
Has openhab got write permissions for new sub folders?

My 2.5 is native / 3.x is docker

I’ve removed pre set classes and gone with a straight up json implementation this time around as there’s too many variables/differences for each system which was causing issues.

Hey @delid4ve i was trying out the latest version and i think there might be an issue with local polling with POW R2.

i used to get the below polling logs in an older version - i think a week or 10 days earlier. these are missing in the latest version. Local only mode and local polling are both enabled

Thanks. Now all sonoff are discovered! Great work! They did not go online though after adding, only one did. I stopped the docker container and re-started, now all went online except the Kids Room Sensor (TH16). It is online in ewelink, but offline in Openhab. What kind of debug would you need if it sticks to offline?

For others, I see one of the devices stating " * SOCKET_2 - Please let me know the model". According to thing properties, this is a “DUALR2”. It has two outputs which you can control independently. They control two wired lamps in my garden.

Garden Speaker 1 and 2 are powered speakers, each having a sonoff with single port. Then they are grouped in ewelink to create a outlet group, to turn both on and off. That group is called “Garden Speakers”.

After looking i gathered this was a group. I havent implemented groups yet but i will do, for the time being you can just create a group in openhab.

Yes I’ve got a few bits still to do. At the moment, if the devices are added before the files are created they don’t reinitialize, this is next on my list.

can you stop/start the binding and send me any debug logs for this device. also try in cloud mode as i noticed you were in local originally. hopefully something shows up in the logs. Could you also check the status of all the channels to see if any data is present (once you add the channel it should get populated from NULL somewhere between 0-20 seconds depending on speed of system).

Here’s what I got when I stopped Docker, restarted it, changed config to Cloud, stopped Account Thing and re-started. At this stage, in the GUI, all sonoff are stating " COMMUNICATION_ERROR Device is not connected to the internet", except the Kids Room Sensor which says: "“OFFLINE” as it was saying before.

@Emre7 ive moved the TH16 over to lan supported as it seems it does support lan mode now.
Can you test.
The fact that nothing came online when you went into cloud mode says to me none of the devices have internet access (try restarting the docker container with the mode already set to cloud just in case theres a bug if they can access the internet) - if you have text file config then theres a known bug in openhab when updating config parameters, you would need to remove or corrupt the things file and re-add.

Al devices are connected to internet, ewelink app can control them properly along with google assistant. I’ll try your last file and try to debug more.

Hi Dave,

Tested with Sonoff Dual R3, works perfect. Right now in cloud and local mode. Scan also worked fine. No restart or anything needed.

Will keep testing different modes.

@delid4ve does account thing needs always connected to ewelink account?
