using openHABian Configuration Tool — [main]{2023-07-24T21:34:00+02:00}(54c6ab7) to try to upgrade java. currently on 11. trying to install the OpenJDK 17 from the openhab related menu and it fails.

Anyway my psychic powers tell me you are on a Rpi running Buster and need to review this post. OH4 on buster - Setup, Configuration and Use / Installation - openHAB Community. If that is not it, set debugmode=maximum in openhabian.conf
