sudo wget -qO - ‘https://bintray.com/user/downloadSubjectPublicKey?username=openhab’ | sudo apt-key add
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
There was a change in hosting of the repos.
Have a look at the docs at openHAB on Linux | openHAB and try this URLfor the public key: https://openhab.jfrog.io/artifactory/api/gpg/key/public
as long as the repo that your are looking for is still hostd there.
