Try updating to the newer jar mentioned in the main ipcamera thread. I fixed some bugs which were creating logs like that and the changes are merged and will be in the next milestone, a jar can be downloaded from the GitHub issue.

Seems to be related to ipcamera binding.

If you search the error message in the form you will find the similar, where it also says that the binding is trying to do a reconnect every 8 seconds (what’s identical to your log).
A simple reboot has fixed the issues in the other car.
