[Frontail] OH3 support files without openhabian

This is probably a stupid question, but where can I find those files on GitHub? I looked in the openhabian repository, and there is the frontail.service file, but I cannot find any of those files:

/includes/frontail/frontail-preset.json
/includes/frontail/frontail-preset_dark.json /includes/frontail/index.html
/includes/frontail/bootstrap.min.css
/includes/frontail/frontail-theme.css
/includes/frontail/frontail-theme_dark.css

Have a look here. You can run frontail independent from openhabian as it is just a log viewer.
