Hi all,
New to OpenHAB and the first thing I am trying is failing. Bind my LightwaveRF Lighwave Link.
My issue is VERY similar to:
Each time I Start the OpenHAB server I get:

, retrying again. Retry count 2
My config is:

I have tried:
- Direct IP for the Link / Broadcast IP
- Swapping Tx/Rx ports
- Firewall is turned off on PC (Windows 10), that is currently hosting the server.
I’m running out of hair to pull out - suggestions lovingly received.
