How to create secondary zwave controller with Openhab

Hi,
I have Remotec ZRC-100 zwave remote controller and i want to create with it secondary controller. I activated mode “Create Sec.” in ZRC-100 menu, and find in habmin2 menu comand “Replicate network from primary”, but it don’t work. Сan somebody tell how to create a secondary controller ?

It looks like the way they got it to work is to exclude the secondary controllers from openHAB entirely and set them up on the side.
