How to install Smarthome Designer on Windows

I have eclipse (Oxygen) installed on my Win10 computer. I’ve used eclipse before for Java programs, so I am familiar with it. I went to the Help->Install New Software and pasted in the url for Designer


It grabbed the package and installed it. But now what do I do?

I was following the instructions here, which is from the old docs site:

They jump from extracting the zip to first launch, but they don’t say how to launch it. It’s installed in eclipse, and I don’t see any new menus or anything that looks like it belongs to Designer.

The Smarthome Designer is outdated, Visual Studio Code is now the preferred Editor.

Ahh… I was following the instructions from here:

Which said to use the eclipse plugin. No worries.
