Hi,

can we reopen this topic please - because I am facing that issues now as well.
The iCloud Binding is online, but some things (e.g. iPad, iPhone) are switching regulary to offline:

Reported offline by iCloud webservice

@mvo, @e36Alex, @Phuong, @ErikDB, @hmerk your were involved in the last discussion. Did you solve this in the meantime?
Any new ideas, what is causing this and how to come to a reliable thing status?

The error message is quite clear. iCloud reports the device to be offline, therefore the binding correctly sets the thing offline.
From my perspective there is nothing the binding could change/solve.

I abandoned the approach. We’ve got Tado, which has presence detection, so I use that.
