I tried resetting the transceiver, but the SI software didn’t recognize it.There’s always the possibility of user error… :slight_smile: I’ve tried it on a couple of different systems.

Can’t really tell where the problem might be.

From startup; tools, PC Controller; if nothing pops up hit the gear and see what you have connected;

Are you on windows? Maybe need to pass the USB port (it is in a USB port on the PC?)
