If you’ll press “Analyze” button on any of your Pico items, you’ll get a chart of that item’s values. There will be a “Controls” button, which will allow you to add more items you want to show in your graph, then you can press Save button to save this chart as a page, and you can check the yaml code of that page, copypaste the code to your widget.
