Hi, want to mention this new startup which is manufactoring sensors for plant health monitoring (https://fyta.de/). See also this report for a review. According to this review, these sensors (together with an available hub) should have also open and documented interfaces. Maybe someone with a non-green thumb but openHAB add-on experience gets attracted…
