No audible or visible notification on Android

Hi all,

I’m trying to use notifications with my OH cloud instance.

I can see the notification in the “notifications panel” but no sound heard, nothing appeared on screen…

I configured ringtone and I tried on 2 differents smartphones.

Maby this will help I haven’t got around too setting up notifications on the android app yet so can’t help you more

Android App 2.1.0 - Notification sound

I upgraded the app to 2.1.0 (20 April) because thought it might have been the reason I was not receiving notifications. Turns out the lack of notifications was due to another reason Notifications Disabled Now that that notifications are working again, I am at a loss to understand why my Samsung S4 is no longer giving a notification sound when a notification is received.
