Hi everyone, I’ll start by saying that my level of specific knowledge is very low.
I’m having some trouble installing the addon, and I didn’t understand anything about the solution proposed by some users previously.
The UI gives me the error:
Installation of add-on marketplace:129775 failed.
I followed the manual installation guide and I copied the file into the raspberry addon folder but, when I restarted it, the addon does not appear in the list in the UI.
I tried to use Openhab 5 and the previous one of Openhab but it always gives me the same error during installation.
The other OpenWebNet addon (BTicino/Legrand) Binding is installed correctly, but I had the problem that after a few hours the Bticino system went crazy.
I would also like to discuss this problem but I haven’t found the right channels in the community.

The one linked in this thread is the “Beta” version of the OpenWebNet binding and should be used only by those who want to use future improvements (currently none by the way…)
As a starting user you shoudl simply select the binding from the Web interface and install it.
If installing the official binding makes your sytem behave incorrectly, you should be more specific about what happens and describe the problem, and also post some DEBUG-level logs here to understand what is happening.
With your current description is impossible to help you.
