Network Binding - iPhone Presence Detection - arping Configuration question

Hello guys, as far as I read the latest Network Binding (openhab 2.2) has the arping feature already build in, correct ? So I did the following: Installed the Network Binding. Installed this on my openhabian apt-get install iputils-arping as suggested in the documentation.
