[SOLVED] I set the remote url to https://my.openhab.org and not https://my.openhab.org/openhab.app?sitemap=main and I worked!! I also reverted the default security settings and subnet as before Thank you all for your invaluable help Vincent

Please note that the my.openhab service was shut down a couple of weeks ago.

The new openhab cloud connector is available instead:
