Switch with "external" state or attuator (Basic UI)

I have a relay that inverts a lamp state at each press (ON,OFF,ON… this is also connected to a wall button). I added it to OpenHAB with GPIO binding. I check the state of the lamp with another 230V relay that goes in closed state when lamp current is on.

I would need a BasicUI switch that reads state from the second relay and gives commands to the first one when operated from the interface. Is it possible?
