Switching between different OpenHAB Servers, Picture cache needs to be deleted

Hi,
I have several OpenHAB servers which I want to use with the Android App.
Whenever I switch between servers I need to disable the image cache.

Once I pressed Bilde-Cache leeren the new Server can be controlled with the app.

Any Ideas how I can easily switch between servers?
