Iām not sure why you didnāt get the email, but Iāve activated your account.
I think you need to open a ticket on that site to request database edit access, as stated in the guide. Do you have any suggestions on making that instruction clearer?

No - once you are registered, then you need the correct access - otherwise anyone could automatically register and make any changes they wanted. This is clearly open to abuse.
However, I did this for you earlier, so Iām not really sure why itās not working for you - sorry

I have not created the database - I only updated your access so Iām not sure why you are unable to access the system. I just had another look in the user manager on the site, and itās definitely all enabled.
I will take a look at adding the device for you shortly.

I tried to log off and log in and the ācreate deviceā does show now

I tried to create new device.
But I got error on the part where I should insert the xml.
I did copy the network_e1f4a2c3__node_52.xml file.
But isnāt it easier/better just to copy this item: OpenSmartHouse Z-Wave Device Database
and just update the manufacture?

Iāve now created the device for you. Please update anything that needs updating and upload the manufacturers manual and manufacturers image.
If you can do that in the next hour or so, Iāll do a database update tonight.
You probably got the error as I have already created the device.
No - we canāt be sure that the underlying protocol information is the same as other devices - unless you can confirm this, but I expect not? We do copy the configuration, but this needs to be checked. This is why I ask you to check that everything is correct.
I too have received an error toast lately but the device gets created.
